Description

For shiny oxide free pads on both BGA and PCB use this flux. It is a high activity flux that can be cleaned with warm water.

Please do not reflow with this flux as the residue is corrosive which will most likely result in damaged tracks/pads.

Must wash off with warm water to clean BGA and PCB. The flux is water washable.
